Brutal Legend , I might start to hate Activision.

You know, ever since I saw the first Brutal Legend trailer, i was like ''this is awesome'', SERIOUSLY! Activision wants rights to the game even though they said they didn't even freaking want it! And they have sued Double Fine(Brutal Legend Developer) to prevent them from releasing Brutal Legend as they think the game might interfere with the Guitar Hero Franchise. First of all....WHAT DOES BRUTAL LEGEND, A PLATFORMER GAME!, HAD TO DO WITH GUITAR HERO, A RHYTHM GAME? they both are metal influenced... thats all? well i think Capcom should sue Namco for making the same kind of fighting game or Nintendo should sue SEGA for making a boring Mario Kart Rip Off. What the fudge? If Brutal Legend gets cancelled because of Activision or Neversoft? i swear , i might never buy a Guitar Hero game ever...
